Hello everyone!
Well, getting straight to the point, I tested the classic version and realized that the game is stuck in software mode. So I deleted DDrawCompat, tried changing the "config.ini" file settings, and even deleted that file, in short, with no results.
My intention was to run it via Glide using nGlide, but it seems that GOG or the publisher cut all Glide/D3D support and threw it to the wind. I dropped the nGlide files into the game's root folder and started it, but all I got was software mode, not even the 3dfx logo appeared, even with the option checked, although, strangely, the intro video filled the entire screen, something that wasn't happening before.
So, what I got was that the game has partial support for Glide, but the graphics are in software. Strange thing...
Also, putting the game in full screen leaves it in a window, and putting it in window leaves it in full screen (WTF!), and there is no option to change the resolution in the options, in the config.ini file there is the option, but changing it there does nothing (hell).
Does anyone have a solution for this? I want to run Croc in all its Glide glory.
Thanks in advance...
Best regards!
