Added to the "native" list:
  • Team Apache - Simis / Mindscape, 1998.
    Can't select the glide renderer in the launcher but can run the glide mode manually ("apachefx.exe -aohsn").
    Direct3d, software and glide. Maybe rendition and ATI are supported too. Uses glide2x.
    512x384, 640x480 and 800x600.
    Works ok with Voodoo2 SLI and nGlide 1.05.
    Needs the SingleProcAffinity ACT fix (movies hiccups).
  • Jungle Legend - Flair Software / Valusoft, 1999.
    Direct3d, software and glide.
    3(?) glide renderers: voodoo.vd (glide2x and maybe glide1x), voodoo2.vd (glide3x) and glide3.vd (glide3x).
    4(?) software renderers: mmx.vd, "old soft.vd", soft8bit.vd, software.vd.
    Final.exe have soft8bit.vd, d3d.vd and voodoo.vd links only. Looks like others aren't used.
    640x480 only.
    Voodoo2 SLI: "memory I/O error" after "Esc" but then quits to the main menu w/o troubles.
    NGlide 1.05: freezes after "Esc".
    D3d and software versions not have this bug.
P.S. Something is wrong. After I use Voodoo2 SLI - sometimes nGlide freezes or crashes. But works ok after a reboot.

I just uploaded a fix to compatibility list. Credits go to Jehon the Scribe for finding a cause of the crash. When it comes to low fps and white book pages, VirtualRegistry is sufficient.

Looks like the color bug is fixed. And this Nglide 2.00 variant is the "stable release".
So I will start tests in 1-2 days weeks.

I hope that was the last one critical bug found in this release as I already started working on 2.10.

  • Virtual Skipper - Duran, 2000.
    Direct3d, opengl, software and glide. Uses glide3x.
    Can select 16 glide resolutions in the configurator (320x200, 320x240, 400x256, 400x300, 512x256, 512x384, 640x200, 640x350, 640x400, 640x480, 800x600, 856x480, 960x720, 1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200).
    The "Test" button not work (ctd glide3x.dll offset 17ba2) but you can start the game w/o it.
    Works ok with Voodoo2 SLI and nGlide 2.00.
  • Hooters Pro Cup Series (aka USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series) - Hoplite Research / Infogrames, 2002.
    Direct3d, software and glide. Uses glide2x.
    640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768.
    Works ok with Voodoo2 SLI and nGlide 2.00.
    P.S. Cursor traces (in the lower/upper right edge of the screen) are present on a real hardware too...
  • Catechumen - N'Lightning Software Development, 2000.
    Direct3d, software and glide. Uses glide2x.
    512x384, 640x480 and 800x600.
    Uses the Genesis3d engine so the EmulateSlowCPU ACT fix must be used.
    Works ok with Voodoo2 SLI and nGlide 2.00.
  • Xenocracy - Simis / Grolier Interactive, 1998.
    Run the game as "xeno3dfx -ar3". Needs the SingleProcAffinity ACT fix (movies hiccups).
    Direct3d, software and glide. Uses glide2x.
    640x480 and 800x600. The 800x600 mode is broken (ctd xeno3dfx.exe offset 7872d + memory I/O error on Voodoo 2 SLI).
    Works ok with Voodoo 2 SLI.
    Runs ok with nGlide 2.00 but mouse controls are broken (constant spin, similar to Boabite 3d + nGlide 1.05).

Yes but my Radeon X850 PE AGP is dead. So this PC isn't nGlide compatible (DX 8.1, I use Radeon 9100).

That's too bad. I thought maybe you could check if nGlide 2.00 didn't break compatibility with it.

2.00 bugs and fixes "summary":

3d Bowling USA, Apache Longbow, Autobahn Racing, Die Hard Trilogy 2, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F22: Total Air War, Hind, Hardcore 4x4, Hype: the Time Quest, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Messiah, NBA Live 2000, NFL Blitz, NFL Blitz 2000, NHL 2002, Powerslide, Space Haste, Starshot, Streets of SimCity, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2000 - not fixed.

Boabite 3d - fixed (controls).
Incubation: Battle Isle Phase Four - cursor traces aren't fixed. Now the game crashes when quitting (incubation.exe offset 115f8).
K.O. - fixed (texturing).
Natural Fawn Killers - fixed (drawing).
Need for Speed III - projected lights (banshee patch) are fixed. Freezes with original renderers and the resolutions bug (banshee patch: no 960x720, 1024x768 not supports z-buffer) aren't.

NCAA Football 99 - freezes before a simulation. NGlide 1.05 is ok.
Uprising: Join or Die - rendering is broken in 2.00. Others bugs - can't test.
