Re: Anyone here with working Voodoo4/Voodoo5?
Not sure about zeros in second and third group. It probably won't change a thing, but I will make one more update.
Re: Anyone here with working Voodoo4/Voodoo5?
Ok, no problem

Fourth update ready.

Re: Anyone here with working Voodoo4/Voodoo5?
Great! You can test other drivers now. Not sure if replacing glide3x.dll only will be sufficient. Try to make full installation at least for some of them.
Re: Anyone here with working Voodoo4/Voodoo5?
I'll try with replace and reinstall for all of them, just to see how it performs.
I'll be back in half an hour

So, final results :
PC specs : Windows XP SP3 + all updates until today (25/08/2012)
Voodoo 5 5500 PCI MAC flashed PC - Bios 1.18
Provided Glide3x.dll :
I hope it will help you; and keep up the good work
I should be able to make working again my Pentium III w/ windows98SE.
And I have Voodoo 2 Sli / Voodoo 3 3000 / Voodoo 4 4500 AGP / Voodoo 5 5500 AGP, and the PCI one in my Core2.
So if you need more testing with Voodoo cards, I'll be around the corner
