Control the usage of nglide?

I use nglide under win7 x64.
My question: if I use so game, that support the 3d mode via 3dfx card, TOO, and via general directx card, TOO (eg: geforce, radeon), and i use nglide, which mode will be use?
Works the game via virtual 3dfx vcard (=nglide), or the directx card?

And my second question: how can I control the used video card?
How can I force some game to use the nglide instad of directx card


force the game to use the directx, and prohibit the using of nglide?

In the nGlide configurator - "3dfx logo splash screen" to On. Then if you see the 3dfx spinning logo in the game - the game is using nGlide.
To force nGlide in the game - game configuration program and set the renderer to glide. Or (games from EA, GTA 2) registry editing. Or (few games) .exe parameters. Such cases are specially mentioned in the compatibility list.
