Well i have tried on several x64 computer and it failed on all of them (they all had 512 or more video RAM). Except on mine when i put a 256 MB video card...
what you mean 32 bit commander ? i tried with Microsoft ApplicationCompatibilityToolkitSetup through many ways but without any luck

Explorer replacements, like total commander.

No its doesnt detect any 3d accelerator, once i set more than 512 MB video memory. Problems also happens in midtown madness 1 but this one got a sofware render built in.

When you run it, under 7x64, do you have ingame text not displaying at all also ? (drivers name, time, etc..)
