Tomb Raider (I to III) and nGlide v2.0

Hi,
With the earlier nGLide I was able to launch TR 1-3 (Steam Editions) with no problems. All I had to do was rename glide2x.dll to glide2x_original.dll and set up nGlide config.
Now, with nGlide 2.0 I'm not sure what configuration to use. Can anyone help me? Currently I can only get as far as the movies playing but I cannot get to the start screen.

Current configuration is:
Video Backend: Automatic (default)
Screen Resolution: By Desktop <--- Have also tried By App (Default)
Aspect Ratio: Fit to screen <--- Have also tried Preserve Original
Refresh Rate: By App (default) <--- Choices range from 60-144Hz
Vertical Sync: On (default) <--- Have also tried Off
Gamma: 1.0 (default)
3Dfx Splash Screen: On (default) <--- Never appears regardless if selected or not. :?:

Current Desktop Resolution: 144Hz <--- Tried 60, 90, 144, 165.

nGlide only supports Tomb Raider 1. TR2 and 3 utilize Direct3D 5/6, nGlide is no use for them.

For TR1, yes, the only thing you need to do is to rename glide2x.dll in \DOSBox subfolder and install nGlide version you want to use.

TR1 should work out the box with default configuration as before, no idea where the problem might be. Make sure you are renaming glide2x.dll in TR1's \DOSBox subfolder, not in root game folder.
