Window mode hack?

Sorta like how D3DWindower (only some cases it will work) where instead of a fullscreen context it generates a windowed context.

I haven't gotten around to testing D3Dwindower with nGlide since nGlide uses D3D9 and it is capable of hooking D3D9 calls, but I figured it might be best if the wrapper itself can handle this rather than have another thing hook into the program.

It would be very nice for debugging. Now I'm using dgVoodoo 2 for this purpose, but it works slowly. nGlide is much faster.

I didn't add this feature because it makes tons of games unplayable. Maybe I will revisit this area at some point, but for now you can use DxWnd, another very good program that will force to run nGlide in windowed mode. Just don't forget to check DirectX9 hooking.
