Test your Voodoo2 with this (SDK\glide2x\bin\DOS, copy dow4gw.exe to this directory before testing).
IMHO - the trouble is in the DOSBox Daum. IIRC versions after 25th Jan 2015 broke output for ALL renderers and add a whole heap of another bugs. And 25th Jan 2015 is heavily bugged too.
IMHO, we need the new build. SVN + 3 patches (Gulikoza's patch + Kekko's patch + d3d output patch). The Daum is dead or unusable.

the 2014 versions crash also.

last working Daum Build was from Spring 2013

Zeus, what Graphics Card you use?
And what operationg system?

i have an nvidia 570ti and Dualboot XP 32bit. , win 7 64 bit

I tested it on XP x86 and 7 x64 with Radeon HD 5670 and GF GTS 450.

The game doesn't crash for me even with build 2015-01-25 and your dosbox.conf, so it looks like only German version is affected (I use UK version).

Your crash log and the fact that game works fine with other DOSBox builds clearly indicates nGlide isn't the source of the problem. My only suggestion in this situation (aside from using different builds) is to try to launch the game with different 3dfx executables like carmagv.exe, carmav.exe or as voodo2c.exe -vrush.

I found a 3dfx patch for the german version.

It ha.s more files in the DATA Folder, then the patch that can be find everywhere.

now it runs with carmagv and voodo2c on dosbox 2014-jan-27..
it also runs on xp with dgvoodoo.
even on the real voodoo2 under win95.


only on another pc (athlon xp 3,2 ghz, ati x850pe win XP) it freezes with black screen after choosing position. but that is not nglide related
