60fps isn't too fast and if it works with all cores I would leave it this way.

The game is known to have sync issues with some cores disabled.

I understand, the Game has a Problem with Core disabled.

Sorry, it was my fault.

I had set nfs2ea.exe to win95-mode.

After disabling that, it runs now with 1 or 2 kernels, and downclocked cpu from 3000 to 1000 Mhz. (AMD 6000 X2 gets very hot at 3 Ghz, with 1 Ghz it stays cool.)


But will try that build from the previous posting, too.

I tryed the cross-platform-port, but it didn't run...

It just crashes after starting. (tryed on WinXP Prof)

I only tested the port on Win764bit and it works. The readme says that XP is supported but I never tested it. I will try it on XP and report back.
