Option to toggle using Direct3D reference rasterizer

Hi!
First and foremost, thanks for your work on this great software :)
I just downloaded 1.04 and have an annoying problem: I have the DirectX SDK installed (I compile some stuff that uses it, including a kind of heavily patched DosBox with Direct3D) and, as stated in the release notes, nGlide is using it...however, obviously, that yields piss poor performance, I can't uninstall the SDK since I do use it and had to resort to renaming the d3dref.dll file in the system folders, not really the best of ideas, also, having copies strewn around of nGlide is impractical (I could use hard links, but those don't work across drives and my games are split among several) so, is it possible to make usage of that reference renderer a toggle in the configurator?

You're right. Searching in system dir was a stupid idea.

Download updated installer. I limited searching for d3dref9.dll only to game folder.
