NBA Live 2003 has no glide support, AFAIK.

Maybe. But I add/remove games to/from this list only if I have tested the game myself. And I don't have this game (except the scene release).

Err... Zeus there is a little problem. I tried to test some games (GLQuake, Unreal, Quake II) with Vertical Synchronization=off (V-Sync in Catalyst is disabled too). The result is - solid 62.5 FPS in all 3 games with any resolution.
Can you please test this with yours hardware?

Yes, that's because there's additional layer implemented in nGlide that prevents games from working too fast if the target framerate doesn't match the desired (internal) value. This layer is disabled when D3D Vsync is enabled (Vsync is set to "On" in configurator) and target framerate matches requested value by a game.

Without this layer playing at correct speed wouldn't be possible:
-with forced refresh rates through configurator
-when a game requests syncing at framerate not supported by current GPUs (30Hz for example)
-on systems where Vsync isn't supported (VMware for example)

There are two ways to unlock the framerate:

1) Disable Vsync in game options or configuration files

Set Vsync="Off" in configurator and..

For Unreal:
type "preferences" in console, open "Rendering->3Dfx Glide support->DisableVSync" and change it to "True".

For Quake2:
open baseq2\config.cfg and change set gl_swapinterval "0".

For Quake3:
open baseq3\q3config.cfg and change seta r_swapInterval "0".

2) Disable Vsync via Display driver panel (this will work only if target frame rate matches requested value by a game)

Set Vsync="On" and RefreshRate="By app" in configurator and "Force Vsync off" in Catalyst drivers.
You can use this method for GLQuake.

NBA Live 98, "Vertical synchronization"="Off" in the nGlide config tool, "Wait for vertical refresh"="Always off" in the Catalyst Control Panel.
30 FPS in the main menu. *Censored*. And of course these damn lines are epically slow.

Have added Triple Play Baseball to the "native" list.
The game works with nGlide and voodoo2z.dll (glide3x renderer). The only trouble - it uses shameless plug (intro etc), which isn't supported.
Voodooz.dll (glide2x renderer) - ctd after the 3dfx logo (nt.dll offset 19af2).
The real hardware is working ok with both renderers.

P.S. Glide2x renderer + nGlide is ok with EmulateDirectDrawSync ACT fix.

Need for Speed III: Hot Pursuit and Need for Speed: Road Challenge - the projected lights bug (ATi related) is still here.

NFL Blitz - same bug, no textures.

NHL 99 - glide2x renderer, stadium screen is fixed, but - the 800x600 mode is broken in the unpatched version (unknown software exception). Version 1.02 is ok (except there are no command names on the stadium screen), a real Voodoo 2 is ok.

Well, it looks like I will finish my current project in 1-1.5 weeks and will resume the nGlide 1.03 testing...

Pro Pilot '99 - almost fixed.
The only trouble - there is no cursor sprite in the window mode after the full-screen mode. if you move the mouse outside the game window - the cursor is ok, in window - it disappears.

RealMyst - patched version quits to desktop after the 3dfx logo if the resolution is 1024x768.
Well, nGlide 1.01 and 1.02 - the same trouble. Oh, well...
It looks like I have missed this trouble, because 640x480 and 800x600 work ok...
ACT fixes are standard - EmulateHeap for unpatched realmyst.icd.
