Here are the ICD versions you need to use with a non-V2 card:
Serious Sam 1+2 - ICD 1.0.0.421.
CS, Gunman, SOF - ICD 1.0.0.438.
Any other ICD game - ICD 1.0.0.508.

:o Works fine for me. Is the issue present only on HD 2600?

Earth 2150: Lost Souls - Ctd with the Setup after the test screen (setup.exe module ntdll.dll offset 29f07). Look like a wrong glide shutdown for me.
NGlide 1.01 is working ok. Real Voodoo2 is working ok.
P.S. Real Voodoo2 don't have z-fighting troubles (green glass on units, Lunar Corp energy meters etc).

Freedom Fighters:
- Apache Longbow - black screen after the 3dfx logo. The game's process is responding. Result is the same with "Animations"=disable.
- F-16: Fighting Falcon - freeze after the 3dfx logo (in animations). You can pass this ("Animations"=disable), but the nGlide is still freezing before the simulation.
- Hind - freeze after the 3dfx logo. Can't test the "Animations"=disable setting, because the game is freezing even with a real Voodoo2 and the Voodoo2 patch.
Apache Longbow and F-16: Fighting Falcon are freezing before the simulation (original versions) or are working ok (Voodoo2 patch).

Future Cop: L.A.P.D. - 3dfx logo, then - black screen with a cursor. Left click = quit to desktop.
Game is starting with the nGlide 1.01, but with old transparency troubles.
Real Voodoo2 is working ok.

Zeus, I don't have my notebook currently, so - I will test founded errors (Radeon HD2600 only or not?) later.
Plus - I have a real Voodoo2, so - the idea "another game = another 3dfxvgl.dll" looks like something wrong...

Hmm.. works fine for me.

Also works fine for me.

I'll try to test them on different configurations. Maybe I'll find some clues...

The lighting issue in CS, Gunman and SOF is also present with real V1 and 1.0.0.508, hence my suggestion. The ICD uses different codepaths for V2 and non-V2 cards and the non-V2 is bugged...

So - nGlide is detected as the non-Voodoo2 glide device, then we have these bugs?
Voodoo1 don't have a multitexturing, so - maybe this is the cause.
What we need is - Voodoo3 + 3dfxvgl.dll from the Win2k 1.02.00 driver (crc32 0d1f5c59) + WinXpSp3 test...
Unfortunately - I have only a Voodoo2 card.

Unfortunately - I have only a Voodoo2 card.
This could help, but I also don't have it.

Ok, I have returned my notebook. Core 2 Duo T7500, 3 GB RAM, GeForce 9500M GS (Nvidia drivers 307.83), WinXpSp3.

Boss Rally - no error with the autorun. Removed from the list.
Buggy - same error. It looks like a general WinXp incompatibility, a real Voodoo2 is ctd in the same way.
Clusterball - same error.
Croc: Legend of the Gobbos - same error.
Divine Divinity - same error.
Earth 2150: Lost Souls - no error. Setup is working ok. Game is starting ok. Removed from the list.
Future Cop: L.A.P.D. - same error. fixed.

Looks like I have found the cause for Future Cop: L.A.P.D. It's ACT. To be more precise - EmulateDirectDrawSync ACT fix. It was in my ACT database (older nGlide versions aren't working without this fix). Unfortunately Croc: Legend of the Gobbos isn't working correctly, with or without EmulateDirectDrawSync.

^ Thanks.

I confirmed bugs in Clusterball and Divine Divinity, but I still cannot replicate the issue in Croc. It's working properly also on my GF 7300 GS. Please upload your croc.exe+crocp6.exe somewhere.

I have attached requested exes.
Looks like you are right, Zeus, I have a different release. There is the CyrixMx patch for Croc (replacing .exes) and - no more glitches with the patched version.

I have started testing of DOS glide games with my notebook, while I am waiting a Pentium4 motherboard replacement.
Ykhwong's build from 25 Jul 2013, output=ddraw, core=dynamic, cycles=max.
Battlecruiser 3000 A.D. 2.0 - same ctd (dosbox.exe offset 26fe56) before the simulation. There is a line in the DOSBox status window: "Glide: LFB memory map failed, using default LFB address!"
Descent II - there is a strange effect in menus - vanishing "three dots". This is better then with the nGlide 1.01, but still suspicious. :) Plus, maybe this is my imagination, but the simulation is lagging and jumping...
Extreme Assault - versions 1.1.0 and 1.2.3 are fixed.
Versions 1.2.0, 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 have the old "black shadow" glitch and non-transparent briefings.
Non-transparent in-game messages (terminate mission, mission successful etc) in versions before 1.2.3 - looks like the game engine "feature".
Lands of Lore: Guardians of Destiny - transparent rectangle around a moving cursor (picked item, targeting mode etc).
