Good afternoon everybody,
I have problems with F1 Racing Simulation game ...

The computer in my possession is the following:
Aspire 5612AWLMi
Interl Core Duo processor T2250 (1.73 GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache)
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950
1 GB DDR2
Windows XP SP3 32 bit

First I installed nGlide (version 1.05).
Next, I installed the game in "3dfx" mode and "Windows 95" compatibility .
When I start the game comes out an error dialog (with no writing) and then the game will not start ...

I found a patch (F1 Racing Simulation 3dfx R 1.09) for game in 3dfx version; I have installed the patch but the result is always the same.

Please could you give me some help?

I thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely.

GMA 950 is incompatible with DirectX9, you will need a better GPU.

Gma 950 not supports vertex shaders, hardware T&L functions etc. They are emulated through the CPU.
So - GMA 950 is the DX7 hardware. Or even DX6+.
Yes, Intel talk and bark about "the VS 3.0 support through drivers"... But the result is questionable.
I not tested nGlide with Intel videocards/GPUs so can't tell the result. But imho - the first Intel GPU with the DX9 hardware is GMA X3000/3000 (G965/Q965 Express).
Download this and test.
P.S. DX6 hardware may have DX8 or even DX9 driver. As the example - Voodoo2. But supported features of the hardware are same for all DX versions. They are just used through different interfaces (IDirect3D9, IDirect3D8 etc).
