rise resolution by adding crop values than crop image, or use x, y shift ? where to start draw image and where to end it?

As i know correctly only Windows|DOS|Mac OS|Mac OSX|(and maybe some consoles) has 3dfx, i have HereticII and HeXenII for Linux and there is no 3dfx dependency.

Requiem: Avenging Angel in d3d mode with 1280x960x16 runs 60 fps constantly. Requiem: Avenging Angel in 3dfx (nGlide) with mode 1680x1050x32 runs 40 - 35 fps. but Heretic II in OpenGL at 1680x1050x32 runs 60 fps and 3dfx (nGlide) in (DX9) 1680x1050x32 runs 60 fps and i think its problem with 3dfx ve...

its really disappoint all quake cover/CD's doesnot have logo of 3dfx. While even HeXen II based on q1 engine has it
