Re: Powerslide Texture buggin with NGlide

Just for the sake of completeness: Zeckensack's wrapper = totally messed up polygons, can't see anything! dgVoodoo = marginally better than nGlide, but still vanishing vertexes throughout. I've been unable to force Direct3D at any point though, to check that, as the game won't seem to boot at all wi...

Re: Powerslide Texture buggin with NGlide

I just had another go at this; the original GT Interactive UK/Euro version I have just won't start without being version 1.04, it keep saying it won't run on NT, and either compatibility mode or Win95 version lie ACT fixes do nothing :-/

Re: Powerslide Texture buggin with NGlide

I believe the later patches added and improved a few things, any idea why they behave so weird in nGlide? I can try down-patching again at some point...

Re: Powerslide Texture buggin with NGlide

Does anyone else get anything like this in nGlide? Still happens in nGlide 1.04 (for patched version 1.04 of the game).

Re: Thrust Twist and Turn - Glide only fails me

This, like NFS Porsche, was caused by the USB cable on my H100i cooler being attached. I *think* it's all better now... touch wood!

Re: Need For Speed 5 Porsche 2000/Unleashed

Right, this was eventually caused by the USB cable on my H100i Corsair water cooler What? That's... Anyway, I'm glad the problem has been sorted out. just wanted to report that if you use Projected headlights (use Monte Carlo track to see) then it shows grey textures instead of lit up areas...

Re: Need For Speed 5 Porsche 2000/Unleashed

Right, this was eventually caused by the USB cable on my H100i Corsair water cooler, as some games crash when it's plugged in, due to it being detected as an HID device in a way they don't like, crazy! Anyway, I got NFS Porsche running, and just wanted to report that if you use Projected headlights ...

Re: Formula 1 - two bugs

It happens with your one too. But it seems to be a wider bug, as it affected the original game on my previous PC. I can have another look at some point soon, see if the D3D version does the same, or not (if it even works!).

Monaco Grand Prix Racing Simulation 2 - CD check bug request

Hi Zeus, if you install MGPRS2 then apply the 1.06 Voodoo patch from http://www.patches-scrolls.de/patch/2745/27992 (the bottom one of the two), then when you start the game it'll say "Can't run without CD-ROM" and won't work. This is apparently due to the game using an illegal TOC on the ...
