It would be great if you could 100% confirm it's mentioned update causing the problem by installing it again, playing the game until you reproduce the issue, then uninstall the update and repeat. I'm surprised one would choose non-blurred upscaling over uprendering as this is clearly an inferior method. I can add integer upscaling option to nGlide for people who would like to feel "more retro", but looking at things globally this is not the right way to do it. To me, it's like fixi...

After switching to game capture mode I was able to reproduce Alt+tab problem. The issue seems to be correlated with Win10 FCU fullscreen optimizations. ^ nGlide uses uprendering not upscaling. I don't know where you got this information.

1920x1280 on a 3240x2160 screen? The more optimal choice would be to use your desktop resolution with aspect ratio correction. You can do that by selecting "Resolution: By desktop" and "Aspect ratio: Preserve original" in nGlide configurator.

If I didn't state otherwise there's always a chance. It's just I can't fix everything at once and nGlide "things" usually have higher priorities than modern operating game fixes. ;)
