Thank you Myloch. cosmicdan's has no direct3d output support (!), this is too bad for me because opengl output worked like shit with my pc configuration oddly this time 3dfx emulation starts not only using direct3d/opengl dosbox outputs but even with others like "surface" That's why I link...

Everyone have the same CosmicDan's compilation. Athlon XP 1800+ is just too slow. Buy faster CPU and your problems will disappear. :)

Try re-download dosbox (CosmicDan's compilation). Make sure you haven't modified any sections in dosbox.conf (except autoexec). Try Gulikoza's compilation too. You can also try to install other versions of Nvidia drivers. You don't have two monitors but maybe it's not about to have it physically. Ma...

You've done nothing wrong, but there shouldn't be grSstWinOpen failed message. First idea is to download and reinstall DirectX from Microsoft website. Also check the filesize of nGlide's glide2x.dll in your \windows\system32\ directory (if you have 32-bit windows) or \windows\syswow64\ (for 64-bit)....

Great idea and it's much needed!

But I think it won't be me or my teammate. We must finish nGlide project. ;)

BTW, I'm wondering is this task not too complex? DX is not just Direct3D but DirectSound, DirectInput, DirectMedia.

Nglide only work with Nvidia cards? nGlide is working with all DirectX9 compatible graphics cards (not only Nvidia), so even 7 years old graphics are good enough. But Intel ... was never fully compatible with DirectX9. I think the best solution is to buy old and cheap but far much better GeForce/Ra...

For me game is working flawlessly, both in XP and W7 (640x480 and 800x600) without any compatibility mode.
Try to test this game on both systems (XP/W7) and Radeon/GeForce. Maybe you'll find a clue.

To play in 1440x900 just set 640x480 in game and 1440x900 in nGlide configurator. Is nGlide configurator showing 1440x900 selected after re-launch?
