Re: Elder Scrolls Redguard
Thanks Zeus, it seems that did fix it! One part of the issue was my launcher, apparently, as it automatically mounts the game folder to c:. Now onto tweaking performance.

Re: Elder Scrolls Redguard
I thought we'd finally found the obvious source of the problem, but alas, still getting the error. I've placed the game folder in C:\DOS\ and mounted that to c:.
A small side question, if you're not using a launcher, then how would you navigate to the actual .exe? Mounting the game folder to e:?

Re: Elder Scrolls Redguard
I'm not entirely sure what you mean with iso not being the right option, after all I was mounting an .iso file and not a virtual drive? https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/222 ... osbox.conf
Edit: Sometimes there's an error message very shortly before it closes: 'Critical disk error, cannot run Redguard.' Mounting the game folder and disc doesn't seem to affect this.

Re: Elder Scrolls Redguard
Now this thread seems to be active again, let me drop a new problem. I'm running Windows 8.1 64-bit and have tried every solution under the sun to try and get Redguard running in 3dfx mode. I've started a topic at Vogons a while ago, but haven't come far: http://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?f=33&...
