Difference between OpenGL and MiniGL with nGlide

Hi, I wanted to ask if there is any difference between OpenGL games and MiniGL games with nGlide.
I'm asking as Return to Castle Wolfenstein from GOG runs with nGlide instead of OpenGL.
This question applies to all MiniGL games or any other game that has standard OpenGL and nGlide support.

I'm sure trying to see whats broken will not hurt. Also, nGlide is based on DirectX not OpenGL, and as far as I know, OpenGL is working fine for me (I'm currently playing Rage and Zack Zero).

What I dont understand is WHY IN THE WORLD would you play a Q3A Engine game in glide which has lower quality than running the game in pure OpenGL.

I checked what this guys says and he is right. Game is compressed horizontal when 4:3 and looks fine when 16:10. So it would be good to have 16:10 option.

Hi, thanks for nGlide, it works fantastic on 99% 3dfx games I tried. I wanted to report a problem with Need for Speed Porsche: Unleashed / 2000.
