I just finished testing savegames you sent me. All 3 samples work perfectly on my machine (20/20 each), I didn't have even a single freeze. It debugged game exe and it seems debriefing screen crash wasn't caused by nGlide. I uploaded modified file to nGlide's compatibility list.
Not sure about F16: Fighting Falcon. I didn't have any crashes or freezes. Any difference with .exe from compat list nad W95 compat mode?

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, I'll add it again to my "check" list.
3 years ago I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, perhaps it's because I'm using Intel CPU (I now noticed you both use AMD).
Is there any chance you could test the game (Glide renderer) with i3/i5 or i7 and Win10?
