nGlide should work properly out of the box, there are no special steps when dealing with Win10 software rendering. Only thing it seems to do it prevent the game crashing on startup with some error messages but does nothing for quality The "random car" option is linked to the quality, it is not available if the quality is low ok, so that's new to me. Perhaps AMD CPUs execute different code path in the ...

Hi,

it is a limitation of Glide API itself. 1600x1200 (4:3) is max for Glide 3.0.

The only way to break the limit is to reverse engineering the game itself like VEG did for NFS3.

Hi vlad01, I have tried all the patches out there including the fast CPU patch, currently run the patch on this site and the glide HD widescreen patch. wait, so you're saying extracting this patch ALONE into game directory and clicking nfs5.reg doesn't make any difference for you in cockpit quality?...

Wasn't this debunked in the past?

From what I remember GliVd1vf.dll from Rayman 2 even though it allows to run the game in Glide mode isn't 100% compatible with it.. and is directly a reason why the scene (except a skybox) is invisible.

Borderless is already supported, but because the feature wasn't originally supported weird things may happen when deactivating a game window. It really depends on a particular title. In some cases it works perfectly but in some it may even crash the game. And while I'm improving it with every releas...

I'm afraid that's not possible, the NTVDM approach has been ditched by every wrapper author many years ago (I myself didn't even bother implementing it). Nowadays full emulation is the only reasonable approach. Sure, it will eat all your CPU cycles, but it guarantees it will work for many, many year...
